State Representative Scott Conklin continues to deliver for the people of the 77th district here at home and in Harrisburg. Scott Conklin has been proudly serving the 77th District in Harrisburg since 2007. He hails from the Philipsburg area, where he has raised a family with his wife, Terri, and their son, Spencer.

Before his election to the State Legislature, Scott served for seven years as a Centre County Commissioner, where his financial stewardship of Centre County led to the county earning the highest financial rating in its history. 

In Harrisburg, Representative Conklin currently serves as the Majority Chairman of the House Commerce Committee and the Treasurer of the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee.
